Dirty Shockwaves comprise of Tom on vocals and rhythm guitar, Stefan on lead guitar, Simon on drums and cowbell and Luke on a bass that now works. Fusing a mixture of diverse influences ranging from indie, post-hardcore, new wave and pop punk Dirty Shockwaves create a definative unique sound that fits into the Alternative Indie catergory.

In November 2006 they self released the EP 'Did I Say That Out Loud?' which was only printed 100 ties (thank god for that too as we look back on it, it was pretty awful :p but everyone has to start somewhere). They carried on gigging up until Easter 2007 when bassist Leon left but there was nothing to fear as Luke FitzGerald (current bassist) was already inline for the position. Gigs and productive songwriting follwed the new line up playing a prestigious gig in Clapham Common for Climate Change supported by the Klaxons and Faithless.

Mainly gigging around Suffolk & North Essex they have played numerous gigs building an excellent reputation for themselves. Make sure you come to a Dirty Shockwaves gig, it will be one not to be forgotten.
